Lucky, lucky, girl! The Wednesday before Brittany's birthday, Sally & Noel came for a quick (very quick) visit in order to celebrate her birthday. This is a picture of her with one of their gifts -- her favorite -- pom poms! She had the time of her life pretending she was a cheerleader!
On Brittany's actual birthday, she had a swim party (at a friend's house). July is usually very hot here, so we thought it would be a lot of fun. The weather was a little weird (we actually had rain drops that day -- what's up with that?!), but the kids had a great time anyway.
The cake! Brittany picked out her own cake. Now, I know this is a surprise...she picked out a Princess cake! I think she wanted the crown and wand more than the cake though.
